The 4th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS'2014) is the premiere international conference in the fields of electronics, information, and computer engineering. Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts in English. It is going to be the third year of EECS. In 2012, the first EECS conference was held in Shanghai, China. The 2nd conference is held in Tokyo in March 2013. This year, we sincerely invite you and your colleagues immediately mark this event on your calendar and make your plans to Victoria Harbour for the 2015 countdown celebrations.
2014 EECS is scheduled to take place on December 29-31, 2014 in Hong Kong, aims to gather worldwide researchers, engineers, and educators who are interested in meeting, sharing ideas, and presenting their latest findings and experiences. In response of some requirement from participants, EECS committee board decided to extend registration and final paper submission deadline to November 20.
Please note that no more extension will be applied after this date. If you haven’t complete registration with payment, please catch the final chance to join conference.

Authors are required to use MS-Word templates obtained from the conference website as their paper format and submit .doc files of their manuscripts through the Online Submission System: www.iceecs.org/guide.asp.
All submissions will be under a paper-review conducted by experts in the field of electrical engineering and computer science based on originality, significance, quality and clarity.
